ISTANBUL — After foiled coup attempt by a renegade faction of the military in Turkey, 90 people have been reportedly killed, more than 1100 have been wounded and 200 have surrendered. The government is trying to reinstate the constitution and bring back situation under control in major cities after a night full of fierce clashes.
The ministry also suspended several parallel state military personnel including 5 generals and 29 colonels.

Turkey’s state-run news agency says some 200 unarmed soldiers have left Turkey’s military headquarters in the capital Ankara and have surrendered to police.
